Highlights of 2024
Christmas is just around the corner and the year is drawing to a close – a perfect opportunity to look back. For Christ Packing Systems, 2024 has been an exciting, eventful and successful year. Our highlights at a glance:
New intralogistics system – robotic automation
2024 was all about automation for us: with the successful introduction of the AutoStore system, we have taken our intralogistics to a new level. Robot technology has enabled us to halve picking times, double storage capacity and significantly improve space utilisation. A special moment was the celebration of the 1000th AutoStore robot - a symbol of our drive for innovation and progress.
New contacts – Achema in Frankfurt
From June 10th to 14th we exhibited at Achema, the world's leading trade fair for the process industry in Frankfurt. Under the motto "Inspiring sustainable connections" we presented the latest generation of our FilmTeq 250, which impressed many visitors with its modular concept and sustainable features. The inspiring discussions with interested parties and existing customers were particularly valuable and motivate us to continue to set new standards.
New patent – innovative sealing technology
We were particularly pleased to receive a patent in 2024 for our FilmTeq 250 top-down sealing technology. This innovative solution avoids the product heating of conventional systems, reduces space requirements and simplifies maintenance. With targeted cooling and separation of the sealing bar and sealing table, the technology offers consistent sealing quality in a compact design. The reversible plate feature doubles the life of the sealing bar and clamp, reducing operating costs and supporting sustainable processes. Our patented system sets a new standard in stretchbanding for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
