WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR BOOTH 16A04
RobTeq: New delta robot infeed for the BoxTeq 600 cartoner
The RobTeq is a newly developed robotic infeed system designed for the safe and precise feeding of sensitive, difficult-to-grip, or complex pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
An integrated belt conveyor transfers the products directly to a delta robot, which securely picks them up using a vacuum gripper and places them into the bucket chain. Thanks to flexible gripping systems, both individual products and complete units can be handled efficiently. The robot also enables stacking of the products within the bucket chain as well as their alignment through targeted rotational movements during transfer. As a result, the RobTeq ensures precise product handling, flexible adaptation to different formats, and reliable integration into fully automated cartoning processes.
FilmTeq 250: Newly patented, innovative top-down sealing technology
Conventional stretch-banding machines seal the film from below, which can lead to unwanted product heating and requires additional, complex cooling systems.
The FilmTeq 250 sets new standards: Thanks to its patented top-down sealing technology, unnecessary heat transfer to the product is avoided by separating the sealing unit from the sealing table. As a result, no active cooling systems are required. This reduces space requirements, with the machine featuring a compact footprint of just 1.65 m².
CaseTeq Cobot: Economical and intuitive topload solution in a new design
At Interpack 2026, we will present the CaseTeq Cobot for the first time in its new design. This semi-automatic topload casepacker is the ideal entry-level solution for loading shipping cases from above at low to medium speeds. It forms product layers and places them reliably and gently into cases using vacuum suction. With its new design, the CaseTeq Cobot integrates seamlessly into our portfolio and packaging line concepts.
CaseTeq 310: Newly developed automatic case magazine loading
Manual loading of case magazines with large and heavy case bundles is ergonomically demanding, time-consuming, and often causes interruptions in the production flow.
Our newly developed robotic system fully automates this process by continuously feeding case blanks into the casepacker. This ensures smooth operation, reduces downtime, and significantly improves ergonomics for operating personnel.
