BoxTeq 600 cartoner – The definition of flexibility, versatility, and customizability

Blisters, tubes, pouches, sachets, ampoules, vials, syringes and many more – almost any pharmaceutical product and medical device can be packaged by the BoxTeq 600. The BoxTeq 600 is a fully-automatic, intermittent motion cartoner for packing various pharmaceutical products and medical devices in longitudinally pre-glued folding boxes. The profoundly customized in-feed areas make this wide range of packaging variants possible.

The concept of the BoxTeq series is based on high format flexibility and convinces with quick & easy format changes and a compact, ergonomic design. All movements are driven by separate servo motors. This ensures the greatest possible product protection, maximum flexibility and safe machine operation. It is the perfect economical solution for cartoning products in the medium performance range, especially if the size of your products covers a wide range.

  • Exceptionally simple and quick format changeovers, most of which are performed without tools

  • Low-maintenance components
  • Motion sequences can be optimally adapted to the product as all movements are individually driven by servo motors, ensuring maximum product protection and sensitive product handling
  • Wide range of additional components available for serialization and Track & Trace, such as labellers, printers, checkweighers, and code readers
  • Information leaflets and booklets can be pre-folded and fed via a friction feeder or leaflet folder, with presence monitoring via a luminescence sensor
