Management change at the end of 2023

Jörg Aurbacher succeeds Andreas Christ as Managing Director of Christ Packing Systems

At the end of 2023, Jörg Aurbacher will take over the management of Christ Packing Systems GmbH & Co. KG. He will succeed Andreas Christ, who has been Managing Director of Christ Packing Systems since 2004. Andreas Christ will move within the Christ Group to Christ Electronic Systems, where he will assume the position of Managing Director.

Jörg Aurbacher joined Christ Packing Systems in October 2007 as design engineer after graduating in mechanical engineering. In 2010, he took over responsibility as design team lead. He specializes on film wrappers, case packers, palletizers and machine project planning, which provides technical support for the sales department. As a result, he has extensive project experience in automating packaging for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Jörg Aurbacher also sees this as his personal focus: "We want to intensify our investment in new products, solutions and technologies in order to support even more pharmaceutical and medical device companies in automating their packaging processes.
