In collaboration with Hörmann Intralogistics, we have integrated the cutting-edge AutoStore system into our processes. This cube-storage solution embraces robotic technology to automate the storage and picking of small parts.

The impact of this new system is nothing short of remarkable:

• Achieving an impressive 117 picks per hour with 2 ports, translating to completing tasks that previously consumed a month's time in just 2.5 weeks, thereby reducing commissioning time by approximately 50%
• Doubling our available storage space while occupying a mere 10m² (which is 25% of the are previously needed), optimizing space utilization by a staggering 75%
• Ensuring scalability and vastly improving ergonomics for our dedicated team

In celebration of this milestone, we were honored to receive the 1000th AutoStore bot, generously presented by Hörmann Intralogistics. A gleaming, golden addition to our automation family – a symbol of our unwavering commitment to innovation and automation.
